Why faces get swapped

Motion-transfer tools such as Higgsfield Genjutsu take a reference clip plus one image per performer, then decide which image replaces which person. That mapping comes from upload order and prompt wording, and when either is ambiguous the model guesses.

• Upload the reference clip first.
• Upload image 1 for the performer on the left of the clip, then image 2 for the one on the right.
• Say it in the prompt: "image 1 replaces the performer on the left, image 2 replaces the performer on the right, never swap sides".
• Use photos that look different enough (hair, clothing) for the model to tell them apart.
